24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled with less than the specified notice will be subject to a cancellation fee $25. Missed appointments (no shows) will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you – and ONLY you. We do not double-book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
